Made to order
Every item is printed when you order it, through our print-on-demand partners. We don’t hold stock. Small differences in colour or print placement between products, and between your screen and the finished item, are normal and aren’t treated as faults.
Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout together with shipping and any applicable tax. Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product can’t be produced, a price or listing contains an obvious error, or we suspect fraud.
Shipping
We currently ship to US addresses only. Production usually takes 2–5 business days and US standard shipping 3–8 business days after that. These are estimates, not guarantees. Please check your address at checkout; full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Cancellations
Orders go to print quickly. To cancel or change an order, email [email protected] within 2 hours of ordering. After that, production may already have started and we may not be able to cancel.
Returns, damaged items and lost orders
Because each item is made for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for a wrong size, colour or design you chose. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll send a free replacement or a refund. Lost-in-transit orders are covered as described on our Shipping & Returns page. None of this limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Payment
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We don’t see or store your full card details.
Designs and content
The designs, text and images on this site belong to Moravine. Buying a product gives you the item, not the right to reproduce its design. Please don’t copy or resell our designs.
Liability
Our products are casual apparel and accessories and aren’t medical, safety or protective equipment; any clinical wording on them is for fun. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t responsible for indirect losses or for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order. Last updated: October 25, 2026.
